Starkey's Auto Repair

Had an oil leak. Was determined the oil filter housing /cooling system was leaking. I have an extended warranty and Starkeys worked with the company and determined the issue was under warranty. Was very pleased with the professional way they handled it and had my vehicle back in 3 days. I would highly recommend Starkeys.

I just moved to Hawaii. I needed a good used vehicle. To make sure I wasn’t buying a lemon, I brought 2 vehicles to Starkey’s for a pre purchase inspection. I found the report from the inspections to be very informative and helped save me from purchasing a bad vehicle. Sheree Dacuycuy in particular was wonderful to work with!! I really appreciated the customer service and honesty!

I've been to a lot of auto shops over the years, and Starkey's Auto has been the best experience by far. The whole team made me feel like my car and my time actually mattered. Every mechanic I spoke to was kind, professional, and easy to talk to, which is rare. I want to give a special shoutout to Kai, who has been absolutely amazing to work with. She was upfront about everything, explained what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense, and never once made me feel pressured or talked down to. You can tell she really cares about doing her job right and honestly. If you're looking for an auto shop you can actually trust, Starkey's Auto is it. I won't be going anywhere else.

Fixed my AC as well as my exhaust and also gave me a free diagnostic of my whole vehicle! They found that my steering rack was very worn so I will be doing this repair with them as well. I had no idea and if they didnt find that problem i would have possibly ran into a bigger issue down the line! Feels good to know my family will be riding safe in this vehicle with these guys taking care of it!

What an experience! I went in for a safety inspection only to find out my registration was almost a year overdue! Not their fault. Had to get a pre safety inspection and zip over Satellite City Hall to take care of my fees. Paid the fees and then headed back to Starkey’s who were very patient and accommodating to my mishap. Got the safety inspection and was a legal again. Thank you Starkey’s!
